- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Flaked Coconut
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- 3/4 cups White Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
Directions

1Place milk, coconut, eggs, vanilla, flour, butter & sugar in a blender.

2Mix well.

3Pour into a greased & floured 10 inch pie plate.

4Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
