  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Flaked Coconut
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter
  • 3/4 cups White Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg

Directions

    Place milk, coconut, eggs, vanilla, flour, butter & sugar in a blender.

    Mix well.

    Pour into a greased & floured 10 inch pie plate.

    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
