  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 3 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well and pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350° until browned.

    Reduce heat to 300°

    and bake until done 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Cool before serving.
