  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz. with juice)
  • 7 oz. coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Mix softened margarine and sugar.

    Beat well.

    Add eggs and beat in flour, pineapple, coconut and vanilla.

    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.

    Cook at 325° until golden brown.
