- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz. with juice)
- 7 oz. coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Mix softened margarine and sugar.

3Add eggs and beat in flour, pineapple, coconut and vanilla.

4Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.

5Cook at 325° until golden brown.
