Coconut-Pineapple Pie

  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/3 c. or 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can Baker's coconut
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)

Directions

    Beat margarine, sugar and eggs.

    Add to remaining ingredients and pour into two 8-inch pie shells.

    Cook at 400° for 15 minutes, then turn heat down to 350° and cook for another 20 to 25 minutes or until brown and set.
