- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/3 c. or 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can Baker's coconut
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Directions

1Beat margarine, sugar and eggs.

2Add to remaining ingredients and pour into two 8-inch pie shells.

3Cook at 400° for 15 minutes, then turn heat down to 350° and cook for another 20 to 25 minutes or until brown and set.

4Let cool.
