- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 unbaked pie shells
Directions

1Combine melted margarine and sugar.

2Add eggs one at a time; mix well.

3Add coconut and drained pineapple.

4Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.

5Cook in a 325° to 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
