  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 well rounded Tbsp. flour, mixed with sugar
  • 1/2 stick melted margarine
  • 1 (8 1/4 oz) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 c. coconut (flakes)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Pour ingredients which have been well mixed, into a 9-inch uncooked pie shell.
