- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 unbaked (9-inch) deep dish pastry shell
Directions

1Beat eggs at medium speed with electric mixer until thick and lemon colored.

2Add butter and next 4 ingredients.

3Mix well. Pour into pastry shell.

4Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until filling is set.

5Yields one 9-inch pie.
