  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut
  • 2 unbaked pie shells

Directions

    Melt margarine; then add sugar, eggs, pineapple and coconut. Pour batter into two unbaked pie shells.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until pie is firm and brown.
