  • 3 oz. coconut (small can)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)

    Beat eggs.

    Add melted margarine, sugar, pineapple and coconut.

    Bake 40 minutes or until firm at 350° in unbaked pie shell. Makes two (9-inch) pies.
