- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. coconut
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1In large bowl, combine all ingredients except confectioners sugar and beat well.

2Pour batter into two greased bread pans. Bake in 325° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

3Let cool about 10 minutes and remove from pan.

4Dust with confectioners sugar.
