  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 c. warm (almost hot) water
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. oil or melted margarine
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in water and stir.

    Add sugar, oil, egg and flour.

    Mix with spoon and drop into greased muffin tins.

    Bake at 375° for about 18 to 20 minutes.

    (The rolls may be refrigerated and used later or frozen.)
