- 3 sticks butter
- 6 eggs (room temperature)
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can coconut
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time (have eggs at room temperature).

2Sift flour, salt and soda.

3Add sour cream. Add vanilla and coconut.

4Bake in tube pan at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or 1 hour and 15 minutes.
