  • 3 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 fresh coconut, grated

    Sift flour with baking powder; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
