Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef (preferably sirloin)
- 1/4 lb. mild sausage
- 1 egg
- 4 to 6 slices bread (make crumbs)
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. milk *
- 1 tsp. bouillon crystals (beef)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1I use my food processor to chop onion and bread.

2I then add egg, milk and seasonings and mix well.

3Slowly add meats and mix extra well.

4Pound down solidly into a round or square container (example:

5Cool Whip carton).

6Freeze, covered.

7When ready to use, turn crock-pot on high.

8Spray inside with Pam or equivalent.

9Cook all day.

10Gets a nice thin crust.

11Put onions, carrots and potatoes around the loaf and you have a complete dinner.
