- 1 c. buttermilk
- 3 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 6 oz. frozen coconut
Directions

1Mix as you would any other cake.

2Grease and flour tube pan. Sprinkle bottom of pan with coconut.

3Pour batter over coconut. Bake one hour and fifteen minutes at 325°.
