- 6 eggs
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
- 3 c. sifted plain flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 1/2 c. grated Angel Flake coconut
Directions

1Beat at high speed the eggs, Crisco and margarine until well blended.

2Add sugar and extracts.

3Mix well.

4At low speed, beat in flour alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour.

5Add coconut.

6Turn into prepared large tube pan.

7Bake for 2 hours at 300°.
