  • 1 box Duncan Hines golden butter recipe cake mix (use only Duncan Hines butter recipe golden)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. Wesson buttery flavor oil
  • 4 eggs (use jumbo eggs)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. fresh coconut

    Mix all ingredients except coconut and beat 4 minutes.

    Fold in coconut.

    Bake in tube cake pan or Bundt pan at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
