- 3 sticks oleo or butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1 pkg. frozen coconut
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time and beat well.

3Sift flour and salt.

4Add to creamed mixture along with sour cream, vanilla and lemon flavorings.

5Fold in coconut.

6Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes in tube pan.
