- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
- 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
Directions

1Cream butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time.

2Beat well after each.

3Add flavorings and mix well.

4Alternately add flour and milk, beating after each addition.

5Stir in coconut.

6Spoon into greased 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
