  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

    Cream together butter and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time, and beat.

    Stir in with a spoon, vanilla flavoring, wafer crumbs, coconut and walnuts.

    Grease and lightly flour tube pan.

    Pour ingredients into pan.

    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°. Let cool 20 minutes before removing from pan.
