Ingredients

  • 1 sweetened flaked coconut
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 8 scoops whey protein powder (any flavor)
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions

    Mix all ingredients (except coconut) together in a bowl.

    Spread half of mixture evenly in bottom of pan.

    Add layer of coconut.

    Spread 2nd half of mixture over coconut layer.
  5. 5
    Place in fridge overnight and cut into 8 individual squares.
