- 1 can 12oz frozen coconut milk; thawed
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp cornstarch
Directions

1In a large sauce pan combine coconut milk and milk.

2Blend together sugar and cornstarch and stir into coconut milk mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until mixture thickens. Pour into a 8 inch square baking pan.

3Chill. When firm cut into small squares or triangles.
