  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. (about 12 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1/2 c. chopped avocado
  • 1/3 c. chopped tomato
  • 1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 1/4 c. chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 12 flour tortillas
