  • 1 Tbsp. softened butter
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. coconut flakes

    Mix well. Can be mixed in blender.

    Bake in a greased aluminum Jell-O mold ring or Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour or so at 350°.

    Cool well before turning out of pan.
