- 1 cup Jasmine Rice
- 3 cups Milk
- 1/3 cups Flaked Coconut
- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
Directions

1Place the rice and milk in a rice cooker and once it gets hot and starts to boil, add the coconut and sugar. Serve warm.

2If you don't have a rice cooker, in a medium pot, bring rice and milk to a boil. Once it boils, stir in the coconut and sugar and turn heat to low. Cover and simmer until the liquid has been absorbed, about 15-20 minutes.
