  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1/3 cups Flaked Coconut
  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar

Directions

    Place the rice and milk in a rice cooker and once it gets hot and starts to boil, add the coconut and sugar. Serve warm.

    If you don't have a rice cooker, in a medium pot, bring rice and milk to a boil. Once it boils, stir in the coconut and sugar and turn heat to low. Cover and simmer until the liquid has been absorbed, about 15-20 minutes.
