- 3 cups rice
- 1 can coconut milk
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Rinse and soak rice for up to 15 minutes.

2Add coconut milk, salt, onion, sugar, water and oil. Set to cook in a rice cooker. When cooked, let rice sit for 15-20 minutes.

3Remove lid and mix well.
