- 1/2 c. thin cream
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped raisins
- 2 Tbsp. toasted coconut
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Boil sugar, cornstarch, cream, butter and salt to soft ball stage.

2Cool to room temperature.

3Beat until creamy; add raisins, nuts, coconut and flavoring.

4Continue beating until mixture can be handled.

5Turn onto board dusted with powdered sugar.

6Knead until smooth and creamy.

7Shape into a roll.

8Sprinkle with additional toasted coconut.
