  • 4-1/2 cups flour
  • 1-1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1-1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Cleaned shrimp with tails on (21 to 25 ct.)
  • 5 each eggs
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 qt. BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

Directions

    Mix flour, salt and pepper in shallow pan.

    Add shrimp; toss to coat.

    Beat eggs with water in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

    Dip shrimp in egg mixture, then add to coconut in bowl; toss to coat.

    Fry in deep-fat fryer at 350F for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are golden brown.
