- 1 1/3 c. oil
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. pureed squash
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. coconut pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 c. favorite chopped nuts
Directions

1Beat oil, eggs and squash together.

2Sift next 6 ingredients together; stir in pudding mixture and add nuts.

3Add to pumpkin mixture; mix until well moistened.

4Place batter in well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans.

5Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
