  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 1 stick butter or oleo
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. Jell-O instant coconut cream pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 carton Cool Whip

    Blend softened oleo with flour. Add pecans and press into Pyrex dish (11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch).

    Bake in a 350° oven for 20 minutes. Cool.
