  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1-1/3 Cup Coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • sliced / mashed fruit toping
  • mango, banana, or strawberries

    In a 4 quart bring 4 cups of water to a boil and slowly add tapioca. stir occasionally reduce heat and cook until transparent
