- 1 1/2 sticks oleo or butter
- 5 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Cream oleo and sugar; blend in flour until smooth.

2Add vanilla and nuts.

3Shape mixture into fingers or small balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.

4Do not let cookies get too brown for they will taste scorched. Remove from cookie sheet and roll in powdered sugar.
