- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 2 c. Post Toasties
- 1 c. Baker's coconut (Southern style)
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Fold sugar and salt gradually into egg whites.

2Fold Post Toasties and coconut gradually into mixture.

3Add almond extract. Drop from teaspoon on greased baking sheet.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

5Makes 3 dozen cocoroons.
