- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. grated American cheese or 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
Directions

1Cut fish into 3 servings.

2Sprinkle with salt.

3Place in a glass oven dish.

4Pour tomato sauce and lemon juice over fish. Sprinkle with cheese and dot with butter or oleo.

5Bake in a hot 400° oven until fish has browned lightly and fish flakes, about 25 minutes.
