  • 4 slices cod
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • milk to taste
  • salt to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • olive oil

Directions

    Shred the slices of raw cod.

    In a bowl, beat the eggs well with the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Add milk to form a batter. Season with salt and paprika to taste.

    Add the finely chopped parsley and cod. Mix well. If the mixture is too heavy, add a little milk.

    In a skillet, heat the oil and when quite hot, add small portions of the cod mixture and fry on both sides. Drain on paper towels.

    Serve hot.
