- 4 slices cod
- 2 eggs
- 10 tablespoons wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- milk to taste
- salt to taste
- paprika to taste
- 1 sprig parsley
- olive oil
Directions

1Shred the slices of raw cod.

2In a bowl, beat the eggs well with the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Add milk to form a batter. Season with salt and paprika to taste.

3Add the finely chopped parsley and cod. Mix well. If the mixture is too heavy, add a little milk.

4In a skillet, heat the oil and when quite hot, add small portions of the cod mixture and fry on both sides. Drain on paper towels.

5Serve hot.
