Cod Steaks With Cheddar Cheese

- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 small cod steaks (1/2-inch thick)
Directions

1Mix Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice together and set aside.

2Grease rack in broiling pan.

3Place cod steaks on rack; broil 5 to 7 minutes until fish flakes easily.

4Remove pan; do not turn fish.

5Spread cheese mixture on fish.

6Return pan to broiler; broil 1 minute longer or until topping is lightly browned and bubbly.
