Ingredients: 1 box (18.5 Oz. Box) Brownies; 1-1/4 cup Strong Coffee, Divided; 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil; 2 whole Eggs; 1 jar (7.5 Oz. Jar) Marshmallow Cream

1-1/4 cup Strong Coffee, Divided
1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
2 whole Eggs
1 jar (7.5 Oz. Jar) Marshmallow Cream

Directions

Mix the brownie batter according to package directions, using a strong cup of coffee in place of the water. Spray a pan and bake. Make the topping while you are waiting on brownies to bake.

To make the topping, mix the marshmallow cream and remaining coffee. Use as much coffee as you need to get it as spreadable as you want, adding a little at a time. Now cover the top of the brownies. Let set and then cut. Yum! Perfect with a cup of coffee.
