- 1/2 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 pt. cream (very fresh)
- 5 c. strong coffee
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Place the gelatin in a medium size bowl; cover with some of the cream.

2Bring the remaining cream, the coffee and the sugar to a boil in a medium size saucepan.

3Pour the gelatin mixture into the coffee mixture; stir well.

4Bring to a boil.

5Pour the mixture into a bowl; let it cool, stirring from time to time.

6When cool, pour into cups.

7Yields 5 servings.
