Coffee Crumb Cake

   using a fork, mix flour, margarine or butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon

   vanilla, forming crumbs for top of cake.

   Set aside in refrigerator.

   Make your yellow cake mix according to directions on box,

   except pour mixture into a 12 x 16-inch greased and floured

    cake

    pan.

    Bake

    for 20 minutes. Very carefully remove cake

    and spoon crumb mixture over top of cake.

    Bake 25 minutes

    When cake cools, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
