Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce) package orange gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon instant decaffeinated coffee
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 14 cup cold water
  • 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 14 cup nuts, chopped
  • 12 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin and instant coffee in boiling water.

    Add cold water; blend in cream cheese.Chill until thickened.

    Fold in pineapple, nuts and coconut.

    Spoon into a 1 quart mold or individual molds.Chill until firm.

    Can serve on crisp greens, if desired.
