  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. Crisco oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

  1. 1
    Grease tube pan. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans together. Put 1/2 of nut mixture in pan. Mix cake mix, instant pudding, water and oil together. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat well. Put 1/2 of cake mixture in pan. Add other 1/2 of nut mixture then add other 1/2 of cake mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
