  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. Coke
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. soda

Directions

    Combine flour, sugar, soda and marshmallows in large bowl; set aside.
  2. 2
    Combine butter, cocoa and Coke in pan; bring to boil. Pour over dry ingredients; beat well, then add buttermilk and eggs. Bake in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes in a preheated 350° oven.
