  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Coke
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar and marshmallows.

    Set aside.

    Melt butter with cocoa and Coke and pour over sugar/flour mixture.

    Beat eggs. Mix with buttermilk, vanilla and baking soda; add to mixture. Batter will be thin with marshmallows floating on top.

    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
