  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 small marshmallows
  • 1 c. Coke
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. soda

Directions

    Put sugar, flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.

    Melt oleo over low heat, then add cocoa and Coke.

    Heat to the boiling point and pour over flour and sugar mixture.

    Blend in marshmallows, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and soda.

    Beat well.

    Bake in a 13 x 9-inch cake pan for 30 to 35 minutes.
