- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
- 1 c. rolled oats (uncooked)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Sift flour with sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl.

2Cut in peanut butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

3Add oats, egg and milk, stirring until blended.

4Pour batter into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch pan.

5Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 1 hour.

6Remove to rack to cool.

7Yields 1 loaf.
