  • 1 (3 to 4 lb.) roast
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small container mushrooms
  • 1 can Classic Coke
  • small amount of Wonder flour

Directions

    In blue galvanized roaster, brown your roast on top and bottom.

    Sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
  3. 3
    Add cream of mushroom soup and drained mushrooms.

    Pour in the Classic Coke.

    Bake 3 1/2 hours at 350°.

    Remove roast from pan.

    Add Wonder flour to make the gravy.
