  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. cold water
