Coke Salad

Directions

   Drain juices from fruit into medium sauce pan.

   Heat to boiling.

   Remove from heat and stir in jello until completely dissolved.

   Add cream cheese and stir/beat until smooth and creamy.

   Pour into large punch or trifle size bowl.

   Add coke and pecans and stir well.

   Refrigerate until set firmly.

   Note: I like to stir salad a couple time in the first 20 minute, to mix up the fruit that rises to the top.
