Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb. eye roast
- oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 onions, diced
- 1 lb. bag carrots, sliced
- 1 c. cola
- 1/2 bottle chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- cornstarch
Directions

1Brown all sides of roast in hot oil.

2Add salt and pepper to taste and onions and carrots.

3Stir in cola, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

4Add enough water to mixture to cover approximately 2/3's of the roast with liquid.

5Cover pot and place in a 325° oven for 3 to 4 hours.

6Thicken liquid with cornstarch and water mixture.

7Serve with hot mashed potatoes or extra wide egg noodles.
