- 1 lb. cabbage and potatoes, cooked separately
- 2 small green onion tops
- 1 c. milk or cream
- 1/2 c. butter
- salt, pepper and a pinch of mace
Directions

1Chop the cooked cabbage.

2Chop up onion tops and simmer them in milk to just cover until they are soft.

3Drain and mash the potatoes.

4Season and beat well.

5Then add cooked leeks and milk.
